Inferences About Gautam Menon..
Being an ardent fan of Gautam, I have some inferences about his personal life purely drawan from his movies....a) Argument: Gautam is from Aminjikarai/Trustpuram area.
Reasoning: Maddy is from Aminjikarai in Minnale. Surya is from Aminjikarai too in Kaaka Kaaka.(However, Ila is from Ashok Nagar..3714056 is his landline number and 2371- is Ashok Nagar Exchange...) Jothika's friend and Surya solve a land case in Trustpuram.
Yeah, I agree it might not be true but then I guess it could be true. Some kinda passion for associating toughness, manliness, crime with choolaimedu....
b) Argument: Gautam had his first (serious)girl friend in Adyar.
Reasoning: Reena Joseph - Cenatoph Lane, Maya - Kasturbai Nagar, Adyar. (Readers, am I missing out on Meghna's area ? )
c) Argument: Gautam has a deep hatred for MS in US or going to US for jobs.
Reasoning: Three powerful dialogues.
"US pora nu kelvi patten, Nalla vela thaaaney ? Perukra kazhuvra vela ?"
"Pothuva IIT la padicha US la nalla vela kediakkummey, neenga eppadi India la ?"
"Appadiye first class la pass panninaalum, inga ellam vanthu padichitu irukka maaten..."
(Actually more than 2-3 in just Vaaranam Aayiram)

I am also a fan of Gautam too..and I have analysed Gautam's real life inspirations.

Gautham is a Mech Engineer.
(all his hero's are mech. Rajesh Shivakumar,Suirya all are mech engineers)
If you analyze Minnale..a tambram guy ending up with a Catholic. his wife is a catholic.
His fascination towards Kerala. If you analyze Ramya && Surya getting married scene in V1000 (wedding will be shown in mallu style)
With VTV it is very obvious...
He has given a feel good fantasy story in form of Minnale and realistic (perhaps his story ) in form of VTV. He himself claimed he has married a friend(similar to V1000)
So if you link VTV+Minnale+V1000, you can somehow make a lot of inference of a tamil guy falling in love with a girl (christian) dint get her after wooing so much got successful in career and married a friend!! :)

I agree with all that you have said. Just that I was trying to point stuff that was not blatantly obvious....
One such gem was a discovery by Ramsundar recently:
Have u noticed that in all of his films - the scene where the hero or heroine propose happen by the side of a water body...
beach in minnale, lake/old port in kaaka kaaka, goldengate in v1000(this v1000 reminds of me vx2000 - an antivirus or soemthing i guess..)
I wouldn be surprised at his fascination to Kerala. He is Gautam "Menon" dude....
